June 26–28 – The 8th EPES Asia Power and Energy Storage Exhibition was grandly held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Canton Fair Complex) in Guangzhou. Intelligent warehousing system: double improvement in efficiency and accuracy
In the Shanghai Jiou Electric Power Intelligent Factory project, the 200 + column level and 500 + cantilever position intelligent warehousing system created for it is combined with the mother-and-child storage system to realize the digital control of the entire chain of column and strip materials, with the storage and access speed increased by more than 50%, and the error rate decreased by 80%.
Automated material handling: Flexible adaptation in heavy-load scenarios
In view of the special-shaped materials characteristics of the transformer industry, the heavy-duty RGV is customized and the dual-track synchronous driving technology is adopted to achieve automatic obstacle avoidance in complex environments through multi-sensor fusion navigation, and the handling stability is improved by 100%.
Digital management platform: All factors collaborative management and control
The self-developed MOM manufacturing cloud platform integrates WMS, WCS, MES and other systems to realize full-process information flow tracking from raw materials to finished products. AI-assisted assembly + digital twins quality inspection technology promotes the shift of production paradigm from "experience-driven" to "data-driven".
Ecological construction, from single-point to industrial collaboration
Zhongding Technology reconstructs the power equipment manufacturing ecosystem with technological innovation: Through the in-depth integration of the trinity of "process-equipment-system", it systematically solves the three major pain points in the industry and promotes the transformation of enterprises from "traditional scale" to "intelligent collaboration".
