The project adopts the "hardware cluster + software intelligence" architecture: the hardware is deployed with a 21-meter high dual-station stacker, 5 AGVs, 3000+ storage shelves, and is equipped with a wrapping film packaging equipment and an RGV conveying system to complete cargo detection through a 3D visual perception system. The software uses WMS/WCS as the core and connects to the intelligent operation management platform and the A-RCS scheduling system to realize dynamic inventory monitoring, intelligent scheduling and full-process visual management. The solution supports efficient distribution and batch delivery of multiple types of goods. It adopts a closed warehouse design to meet storage requirements such as light protection and low temperature. It builds a full life cycle traceability system through barcode technology, and at the same time solves the problem of floor flow fluctuations through cross-layer handling of AGV.
