Solution

This project involves the construction of an automated aging storage and retrieval system for Workshop 5 of Sungrow Power Supply, designed to enable automated storage and aging tests for diverse products while enhancing production efficiency to meet both current capacity and future 3-5 year expansion needs. The comprehensive solution incorporates 6 aging lines with AS/RS racks, stacker cranes, conveyors and steel platforms, complemented by gantry manipulators and RFID identification for automated handling. The system features nearly 100 conveying systems enabling seamless cross-floor material transport, along with integrated WMS/WCS systems that manage automated inbound/outbound operations, aging testing cycles and empty pallet logistics - all while supporting multiple product specifications and dynamic production requirements.
