This project involves the construction of an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) for full-steel and semi-steel dies at Europe Linglong Factory. It aims to achieve automated inbound and outbound management of dies through automated three-dimensional storage, integrating with the MES system to control inventory status based on production plans, meeting EU standards and high-efficiency production requirements.

The project includes the construction of separate AS/RS for semi-steel dies (5,112 locations) and full-steel dies (2,464 locations), equipped with a total of 9 stacker cranes, over a hundred conveying systems, and WMS/WCS systems. Real-time integration with MES, along with barcode/RFID identification and intelligent scheduling, ensures automated inbound and outbound operations, meeting both safety and efficiency requirements.
