Traditional manual recording and fragmented management models are difficult to meet the full-link traceability requirements of "sources can be traced and destinations can be checked", and regulatory policies such as Zhejiang Food Chain have put forward rigid standards for data compliance. Due to differences in production line automation (6 automatic lines + 4 manual lines) and complex multi-level packaging relationships (1:6/1:9/1:12 packing ratio), a certain rice wine company urgently needs to build a digital traceability system covering production, warehousing and circulation to achieve quality control upgrades and market compliance operations.

The project implemented a "smart hardware capture + closed-loop software data" framework:
Hardware: Deployed 10 vision cameras and 15 industrial scanners to cover automated line wrapping/packing (e.g., pre-wrapping bottle code capture on Line 201) and manual line handheld scanning, enabling automatic pallet code binding (triggered by palletizing robots).
Software: The core "5+1" traceability architecture integrates WMS with AS/RS, while the traceability platform consolidates ERP/MES data. AI vision rejects invalid codes (missed code rate <0.1%), and Zhejiang Food Chain-compliant AES-encrypted data uploads establish a complete "production coding - warehouse association - distribution tracking" data chain.
