Centered on "large-scale hardware + intelligent software + digital twins platform," the project deploys:
Hardware: 500+ conveying devices, 20+ RGVs, and 8 AGVs (3 for aluminum bar transfer, 4 underride type, and 1 supplementary transfer), building an automated circulation network for raw materials, molds, and semi-finished products across the entire process.
Software: Integrated MES/WMS/WCS systems interfacing with ERP/APS to synchronize production planning and logistics execution. Through mold lifecycle management, automated scrap recycling, and cross-workshop scheduling algorithms, the solution achieves unmanned closed-loop operations from raw material storage to finished product dispatch, supporting the green lightweight production demands of 100,000-ton annual capacity.
