Facing industry-wide challenges such as insufficient production automation and inefficient cross-process coordination, Zhejiang Hongchang Aluminum's annual 100,000-ton aluminum profile project required breakthroughs in inter-process connectivity. Hefei Zhongding delivered a customized "two-phase integrated" solution: Phase 1 focused on automating sawing-framing to semi-finished storage in Workshop 1, while Phase 2 upgraded post-surface-treatment processes with intelligent systems. Through "hardware clusters + software integration", a full-chain intelligent logistics system was established, covering mold storage, extrusion, surface treatment, and other processes, positioning the facility as an industry benchmark for aluminum processing intelligent factories.

Integrating resources from both phases, the project combines hardware, software, and a digital twins platform:
Hardware: 17 high-rise stacker cranes (22m), 500 conveying systems, and intelligent cranes, deployed across mold storage, extrusion, and surface treatment processes.
Software: WCS/WMS/MES and digital twins systems automate sawing-framing to semi-finished storage (Phase 1) and extend to strip insertion & packaging informatization (Phase 2). AI scheduling algorithms optimize production cycles, forming a intelligent closed loop from "raw material storage → processing → finished goods outbound", enabling efficient 300-ton daily throughput.
