Amid the aluminum processing industry’s accelerated shift toward intelligent transformation, Henan Pingmei Longi Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd. faced critical challenges: inefficient inter-process coordination, opaque material flows, and disorganized warehouse management. Phase 1: Required breaking the material closed-loop bottleneck between deep processing and oxidation workshops. Phase 2: Aimed to enhance automated storage and mold warehouse management. Phase 3: Sought to integrate the end-to-end process from oxidation to deep processing.
Hefei Zhongding Technology leveraged this three-phase project to deploy automated equipment and intelligent systems, establishing a full-chain intelligent logistics network for photovoltaic material production—propelling the facility toward "Lighthouse Factory" status.

The project unified resources across all phases into an integrated "Hardware + Software + Digital Twins Platform" system:
Hardware: 28 stacker cranes, 36 customized RGVs, AGV fleets, and 1,000+ conveyors, spanning deep processing, oxidation workshops, and AS/RS warehouses.
Software: WCS/WMS/MES and digital twins integration enabled end-to-end scheduling—from closed-loop material transfer to cross-facility intelligent sorting.
Phase 1: Automated four critical process handoffs. Phase 2: Deployed intelligent AS/RS and mold warehouse management. Phase 3: Achieved full-chain logistics connectivity, optimized via AI scheduling algorithms for inter-process coordination. The photovoltaic industry’s first fully intelligent, end-to-end logistics benchmark.
