Hefei Zhongding delivered an intelligent logistics system for Dongliang Aluminum, covering mold storage, production logistics transfer, and full warehouse zones. By integrating large-scale hardware with intelligent systems, the project supports the construction of a national-level green intelligent factory.

The project combines "hardware clusters + software intelligence + digital twins platform":
Hardware: 17,000+ AS/RS locations, 28 stacker cranes, 36 RGVs, and 1,000+ conveyors, serving five scenarios (buffer storage, finished goods, etc.).
Software: Integrated WCS/WMS/MES and digital twins enable intelligent scheduling from storage to production transfer and outbound logistics. Legacy rack relocation systems were incorporated, alongside electrical control and warehouse management systems, creating the industry’s first fully intelligent end-to-end storage solution.
