The project adopts the "hardware cluster + software intelligence" architecture: the hardware is deployed with 6 dual-station stackers, 5 AGVs, 16000 + storage shelves, and is equipped with roller conveyors and palletizing robots. Cargo detection is completed through a 3D visual perception system; the software is centered on WMS/WCS, and is connected to the MES system and intelligent operation management platform to realize dynamic inventory monitoring, intelligent scheduling and full-process visual management. The solution supports high-capacity storage and customized picking of multiple types of goods, adopts a closed warehouse design to meet the requirements of light and moisture protection, and coordinates the logistics efficiency through AGV connection and palletizing robots to build a full life cycle traceability system.
